Front and center are bags of our own roasted coffee beans, a partnership with our friends at Bearded Lady Roasters in nearby Joplin, Missouri. We’ve worked with them to develop two roasts with flavor profiles you’re going to love.
Raven’s Roast
Raven’s Roast is named for our BFF. She’s always there when we make all our big decisions. She helps us unwind at the end of long days, and she keeps us fit by taking us on daily walks. She's a great business partner. And she represents the hundreds of doggos we’ve befriended in Root who have come in seeking pup cups and have made us smile.

Opera House Roast
As a performing arts family, we’re fascinated by the story of The Opera House. Completed in 1889 next door at 4th and Broadway, it's one of the oldest structures in Pittsburg. It soon became a major stop for all traveling circuit shows, bringing in top stage productions, lectures, and artists, including John Phillip Sousa and his band on Jan. 26, 1901! It also kept the Opera House Hotel, now home to Root, hopping. Today, it's known as the National Bank Building and is the anchor of downtown revitalization.
