Coffee Class: The Pour-Over Method

Join Root owner Brad Stefanoni, pour over method guru, for our first Coffee Class at Root! At the “Barista” level, you’ll participate in hands-on instruction, get to enjoy a pour over coffee, and will receive all the supplies you’ll need to take home and get started: a Hario dripper, a filter pack, a guide, and a bag of our freshly roasted coffee beans in your choice of roasts — light (Opera House Roast) or dark (Raven’s Roast). At the “Spectator” level you’ll get to watch, ask questions, and enjoy a pour over coffee. Space is limited to 6 baristas ($50) and 6 spectators ($10). Registration required.
